I once heard, I think from that Dr Drew guy, who seems to be more than some gimmicky celebrity therapist, that the best therapy in any and all situations is to give to others. The mere act of helping other people makes you feel better about yourself, no matter what your ailment is.

I think the may be on to something.

What do you think?

id definately agree,  when you see another persons life improve because of something you've done for them, its a different kind of reward - sooo gimmicky celebrity therapist makes a good point :)

this is true because whatever you give out into the world you will get in return...but your intention has to be a positive one

Definately!

It gives us perspective and maybe when we are able to give advice to someone else and see our ideas in a contructive way, we can heed our own words of wisdom.

It makes me feel good when I am able to help someone, it distracts me from my own problems and makes me feel useful.
