I'm 31 years old. I have been married for 12 yrs, we have 3 beautiful boys 11,8 and 5. I have been having panic attacks since I was a little girl. I have come a long way in recovery. It's been hard, but I have learned to "live" with this disorder and enjoy life at the same time.
