About Yourself

I've had social anxiety pretty much my entire life and the depression that goes with it. I always associated it with being quiet and shy though. I've been able to make some progress with the physilogical symptoms aspect of it and not feeling anxious all the time in groups, but I can't seem to move past being quiet all the time.
