I just had another idea, Sometimes i take my mp3 player with me to places with relaxing music or music that i can listen to easily, Its worth ago. Take care. Kathy
you are definately not a pest. Right, Its great that you are going. Make sure you keep your breathing regular and deep when you feel it coming on. Keep talking to people around you to distract yourself. Take something to fiddle with in your hands. Lavender oil is great to inhale on a hanky also, clary sage (i understand being a man you may want to avoid smelling like flowers, but clary sage isnt too bad. If you feel its all getting to much, excuse yourself, nip outside or to the bathroom and take a few minutes. If you feel comfortable, tell people about your anxiety and explain that you may have to take 5 mins. If I think of anything else I will let you know. Once you have done this, just think how great you will feel. I am sure you will be ok, try and get some early nights before you go. When you are tired, focusing is really hard.
