hello everyone. My name is melissa i have been dealing with anxiety for maybe 6 years. I first started to notice these feeling when i used to live with my parents. My mom is a alcoholic and i had to listen to her fights and everything so that was the first time i realized something wasn't ok.
the sensations i feel are nausea, having to use the bathroom( sorry if its graphic), shaking, racing thoughts, hard to breath.
i need to be on here so i can move on from it or deal with it. not to be so afraid. i need to get some advise because anxiety terrifies me. i feel it many many times a day.
