I'm a 24 year-old artist/student living with anxiety. Family and friends are important to me, but I lack consistency around them. What I mean is sometimes the anxiety is so debilitating that I hide out for a while and my friends don't know where I am anymore. They're convinced I'm writing music, at work or busy, but really I'm just anxious about being around them even though I love them with all my heart. I am hoping to make friends here, from all over the world, to take one more healthy step forward towards a happy life.
