My anxiety starts at 2 am everyday feels like the walls are closeing in i go outside to git fresh air i feel so alone when it happens at that time .what can i do to git some relife

i know what you mean.....if it was at 5am i wouldn't mind as much. sometimes i chew gum, or eat tic tacs to get my mind off of it. or listen to pandora.

Open windows, take deep breaths, have a conversation with someone. Do something to distract yourself-close your eyes and listen to music, read a book. Do something to keep yourself from going around and around in fear and anxiety.
