weird... the highs and lows... yesteeday was aweful. today I saw a man that WILL help me. First time for everything. Done done done with "talk therapy". Been there done that time and time again. Some benefits but not for the time and money I've devoted. Not sustaining - at least for me... Found someone abit "non-traditional" and psyched. We meet next Tuesday to get started. ART Therapy....
