no worries.. it happens. Our nerves are still on high alert and need to calm down. they are so use to being anxious all the time so it will take your body awhile to get use to feeling "normal" again. You are doing great and do not let this be a setback :) Just the other day I had a great day and then bam out of of the blue I had a panic attack driving to Target. I just keep on going and know the panic will not come as easily once I am calm for awhile.
