had a pretty good day even took my kids for a bike ride around the block, then always in the eve my anxiety kicks in... not sure y? its not as bad today as it was yesterday but still.... took my 2nd dose of 1/2 buspar (7.5mg) not too bad havnt panicked completely like i did the first time i took it lol. so i take half for a week and then ill take half twice a day :-/ im nurvous about taking it in the daytime. i hope it helps soon! im 7 mos pregnant and keep worrying about dieing or the baby dieing in childbirth... ive had 2 miscarriges b4 this lil guy tho so maybe that is the reason? cuz i have 3 live kiddos i had naturally and me and them are just fine so really i shouldnt be so scared? but death is my biggest anxiety always hasbeen for some reason?
