i just always feel on edge and shake which i think makes everything worse coz im worrying about that. i dont know if it is coz my meds have just been increased but i just want it to stop like all of us i guess. i have noticed that things that have happened in the past that didnt bother me then are bothering me now and are coming up and effecting me which i dont understand either.... there is just so much i guess we dont understand and it effects us all in different ways............. just want to make sense of it all

As I've gotten older, I've realized certain things about things that happened in my past and I get angry about them. If I think about certain areas of my life for too long I start to feel really terrible. I just try to snap back and know that that's not how my life is RIGHT NOW, and try to focus on the things that are actually good in my life.

If your anxiety is having effects on your body, you might want to try deep breathing, anything to relax. I get a lot of chest pain, and I just try to breathe into the pain and think positively. It's very easy to let yourself get carried away on what will happen to your body, etc. The important thing is to try to relax. You may also benefit from meditation from time to time. Yoga is a really great way to work on learning how to keep your mind from racing for a little while.
