I've been wearing the cloak of anxiety for 3 or 4 days now. Xanax doesn't seem to be helping shed the problem. Might be making it worse idk. Haven't found a way to get out from under this cloud so thought I'd write about it

I take Effexor and buspar. Xanax is just for when I feel like real sh*t

I was put on beta blockers to help with my anxiety and they made me worse, I was on diazepam (doc just stopped them and is trying me on a different drug now) and they did help a little but they weren't the miracle cure we all hope for. I hope the new lot of pills will help but who knows?
