Today hasn't been one of my best days. Last night I felt like I was coming down with the flu and I guess it had me worrying . Since I woke up this morning I have felt panicky. Like I could have an attack at anytime. I really don't want to :( What things help you from having a panic attack?

Seek comfort... A show you like on tv, a game , talking to someone. I know how u feel, I had this all day today, not the full blown one, just kind of feeling it coming on. Just try to distract yourself with anything you can.
