Panic all Day

Doctor retired had to find new doctor after 12 years. I have no Insurance so had to go to sliding scale doctor . I am so upset he refuses to give me the Meds i have been taking for 12 years. I had to restart my Prozac because I was off it for more than 60 days. Iam a all over the place. Trying everthing to get thru this.

dont panic just breathe breathig works your symtoms will stop the minute you challenged them even when you feel panicy continue to breathe with positive thoughts it works trust in you i know you can do it.
