So today I had a appointment at massage envy for my 1 hour massage and some me time to relax. I get there and they lady couldn't find my name at the time I was schedule plus they called to me to confirm it yesterday!!! I was annoyed but was nice now I wish I threw a stink about it. Pretty upset about this situation even though I reschedule since I have a membership with them for Wednesday. Should they give me something to make up for their mistake like a free addition masssage or extra longer massage. I always try to be the nice and easy going person but really wish I could be a lot of more aggressive in situations like this. I feel like such a sucker and too damn nice. Why can't I just be a freaking bitch??
