I am at work at the moment in a busy veterinary surgery, and I have just googled for 'anxiety forums' and found this site. I am trying to navigate my way around the site amd I am impressed so far. I am desperate to start a blog, but it seems fate is against me at the moment, every time I think I have a quiet minute the phone rings or I get a client query... So, tonight when I get home and have visited my poor wee mother-in-law in hospital, I will settle on the couch and set it all down in script. Having a very anxious day today.... so hopefully looking forward to this will help get me through the day without a panic attack! :)
