Late night anxieters?

I always get anxious more so at night. I know I can't call and wake anybody else, and nobody else I know can converse with me throughout the night. My cats are always confused as to why the lights are always on. Haha.

For some reason i have always been a night person. No more so than ever. At night I have a low chance of running into people i know. I like shopping late after sundown. When i go shopping in the day makes me really really anxious since the stores are roads are so crowded.

anxiety gets bad for me at nite also. Get online talk to me if yr up late chances are i'll be online too.
