Anxiety is somethin that is always there for me, just some days are better than others. But depression comes every blue moon for me. Its really hittin me hard today I dont even want to get out of bed. Im so sad and even deeply hurt because tomorrow I find out the sex of my first baby and im too sad to even think of that. I really feel like a bitch for this and I dont kno just super depressed

I am sorry that is hard for you,,,some of us just have it harder than others, even things that are so super happy for other happy are just what seems to be the opposite for some people,

dont beat yourself up, its just the way it is. i am glad you are here and there is support here for you to talk about this stuff,

i had post partum depression so so bad,,,,,,,,,so bad,,,,i didnt understand how what was supposed to be the happiest time of my life wasnt,

I've suffered with depresion for years, it really sucks,I find that keeping my mind occupied helps, if I lay in bed i usually think too much and get even more depressed. I always try to push myself to go out because usually that makes me feel beer but if my anxiety is bad then i don't want to leave the house. Hope you feel better and just try to think about finding out about the babys sex :)

Ty dooi much to everyone. . Just talking about makes me feel better because you all know how I feel. I really thank u for the bottom of my heart. No no im not sad about my baby at all im just not excited as I was.i truly hope that will past. I love kids im a preschool teacher so kids are my passion

Number 1 just relax and try clam yourself down
Try listening to some music and remember to eat. Trust me eating makes a world of differences when you having anxiety or deep period of sadness. Just try to think of all the things you can do to improve your mood today. And just pick out the easiest thing to, and do it. Than you can build upon and slowly feel better. Also I'm sorry I'm mean no disrespect but I know depression in common for start time mothers and the depression comes even worse after the baby is born. So you might want to talk your doctor just in case, so you have more clear understanding of depression and the affects it has on you and your baby. Again I mean no disrespect by talking about your baby.

So sorry for this difficulty. I can relate to a depression that comes and goes it is a struggle. The best I can do is make a list of things I am really looking forward to. Also sometimes I watch a funny useless movie just to get my mind off of myself. Hope you're feeling better soon!
