Can't sleep

I'm in bed right now and my boyfriend is asleep beside me. I've just being playing games on my phone. I am starting to feel anxious though. :(. I'm worried that the lexapro will make me different. I still can't believe there's something like that that can just alter my mood. It's weird I've always been this way I don't see how it could change now. Ahhhh I'm feeling so anxious right now it's bothering me.

Think positive about the meds. Negative thoughts will only work against it. It willl take time (which believe me I know sucks when you feel like this) but you will start to feel better.

Im sorry it was a rough night. (I play stupid facebook games lol.) I had a whole weekend like that...one thing after another seems to be setting off situational anxiety- more so than free floating.
Lexepro will change you somehow.....time will tell if its the right med for you. Ive been on it before and it helped me. Then i built up a tolerance (as i have with many meds) but i have several diagnosis so this can be common.

Thanks that makes me feel better. I hope that it works out for me as well as them. I'd love to feel normal when it comes to things. :)

I might have a useful perspective here... I live with someone on Lexapro. Same person I have known for 17 years. But less drama. :-) I know quite a few people on it, actually. They are the same people as they were before they were taking the drug, but now they are much more functional.
