Ok so as I am sitting here writing this, I'm drinking this big can of Monster.  I figure if I'm going to make a dent in this place, I need some way to jumpstart myself.  Mind you I've just finished working an 8 hour shift lol.

I've found that there are a lot of days when I am running for the caffeine.  I'm always unmotivated and tired, and without even thinking I'm downing a mocha frapp venti or a redbull, monster, full throttle, rockstar etc.

It does wake me up some, but it's really not that great for my anxiety.  But it's either sit and doze or gogogo, and I can't seem to get anything done by sitting.

So, Monster it is.

Yeah, that is true.  After a while I do tend to crash out.  I've been trying to eat more fruits and veggies as well as stick to taking vitamins.  I just seem to have an issue finding anything that works as well as those drinks do.

i definitely know what youre talking about...i drink 2 or three cups of coffee a day...sometimes a shot of espresso...and alot of monster, rockstar, sobe adrenaline rush. i just get really fatigued from doing little things...sometimes i think social situations drain the energy from me. but hey...a caffeine addiction or dependency is ALOT better than being a crackhead or worse haha. thats what i think anyway.
