This upcoming tuesday im going back to work. I cant wait. I left my job because my anxiety and negative self talk were too much to handle for me in the past. I feel that I have resources and skills to help me deal with them now. I'd like to thank eric my therapist and my family for having my back through everything. Life is full of surprises. I cant wait to see what my future holds.
