I wanted to write kinda looking for some feed back,i have been dealing with anxiety since i was young but it was mostly social anxiety but now it has grown to 24/7 anxiety even when nothing is wrong.I feel hopeless at points in the day where i just don't know how to win.Anyone know of any ways to beat anxiety other than meds because any info is useful i have just had enough and i'm hitting a breaking point.

Set little goals everyday. Even when it is something someone else would consider insignificant, like cooking a meal, or washing dishes. Anything at all. Any sense of accomplishment helps. Don't forget, you are not the only one going thru this, all of us are , in our own ways. That's why we are here.

i think we all have to accept anxiety
and make it work for ourself sometimes i think we over think anxiety for what it really is just nerves. So you give yourself time and take a baby steps talk to the one person out of the crowd that is also and by yourself. Dont over think and be brave dont let which the negative thoughts get you down and prevented from what you really do
