A VIDEO INTERVIEW HELP!

So i run art therapy groups at this mental health drop in center I belong to.

Well, Today the Director calls me and they want to interview me tomorrow on video for one of the sponsors of the Center.

I AM FLIPPING OUT! What if i make no connection with the interviewer ,its a bad hair day and all that stuff?

I have an anxiety disorder....people?, lights and cameras and questions?

Eek. HELP
