Hello, I was on effexor for a couple of years. I went through periods of ups and downs. I'm sorry your going through this. I got off effexor and felt so much better, but went on another med and I feel ok.

Yeah i started meds a month ago, and i havent been on here religiously either, i have, but only when i have time, sorry you going through things again, but remember they got better once they will again, my physical symptoms never went away so i guess im used to them constantly being around, i think ill worry at this point if they go....lol...
