I take cod liver oil capsules every day which includes vitamins A, D & E but I've taking them since I was a teen so I'm not sure how I would feel without them. I'm a bit of a health nut. I don't add sugar or salt to anything and I don't drink carbonated water (bad for stomach). I don't eat red meat and have salmon or other oily fish once a week at the least. I drink skimmed milk (tastes like water lol even my cat won't touch it!) and I calorie count every single day. I write down the calories of everything I eat/drink to keep track. I also drink lots of water all day.
Obsessed? Maybe! But it's a good thing to be obsessed with. I do have caffeine but only two cups of coffee a day (no sugar, skimmed milk) as my only vice as I don't drink and have never even tried smoking. If I have tea, I have decaf tea as there is usually more caffeine in tea than coffee.
I went out for an hours exercise this morning by the beach and will hit the weights tonight. Hope you're on track with all your fitness efforts!! Good on ya matey. :)
Iam taking passion flower herbal tablets for my anxiety it has B vitamins in it because they good for your mental health. its good to try the natural way I was on respiradol for my anxiety prescribed by my doctor, but they had so many unpleasent side affects. that I have decided to try herbal remady, St johns wort is supposed to be good for depression but you cannot take it if you on anti- depressants because they dont go well together, I have tried fish oil before, omega 3 is good for your brain fuction. any way take care and good luck with your vitamins, any thing you try to fight depression is good to do, stella
