I started a new anxiety program and one of my goals is to do something for 30 days so I am going to write a blog everyday for 30 days. Today I woke up at 8am witch is good for me because I had my days and nights mixed and I am starting to get that fixed. I am still fighting with the shortness of breathe and shaky feeling from anxiety but I just need to keep telling myself that there is nothing wrong with my heart it is just my anxiety. I am going to beat this I know I can I have faith in myself.

I get those same feelings too. Just always have this feeling that something is wrong. But thats not a bad plan. I have school coming up soon so that will keep me busy for a while.
