for the past week i have been feeling very dizzy and lightheaded. i have recently changed my diet and started exercising. i started to think that my change in diet and exercise was what was causing

i thoght it wuz about time i wrote this.the home treatment team r only visitin every 4 days there happy my meds r back in my system now and i think there right i havnt felt this in control for a long
time.ive been medicated for the last 9yrs so

I can't handle this anymore... I'm stuck in a marriage where he doesn't care or love me. He's depressed all the time and doesn't care what it does to others. I'm hurting too...
