I was watching an Australian soap tonight..."Home and Away"...the show is Ok I guess for a break in reality. But tonight they really annoyed me as they showed a young man (about 20yrs old)
having a full on panic attack, the doctor in

Since I dont have the courage to tell anybody in my life that I have sa, I will do all my venting here. I feel like I have so much built up frustration because when im having an axiety attack or
anyting related to it, theres no one I can tell

I have always been atheist...born that way. My Dad was Catholic and brought me up Catholic but none of it ever made sense. What made sense to me was a TV show called Cosmos...I watched it age 12
and it clicked with me so deeply, the

it just gets smaller and smaller pressed by 2 forces on either side weary, tangled, sick like yellow mixed with a dash of blackthick gold mud but I am fine just wait for the color to dryand paint over
