Ok now I have been told it seems like I have mild depression great. I get rid of the anxiety and now depression takes it's place will this ever end well I decided to take my meds cause I can't
go on like this anymore. Yes so me the one

iv'e had anxiety for about 12 years and i cope pwell now but its been a rough ride. i think iv'e had most of the possible symptoms so hopfully i can be a help to someone thans for reading mark

Had another thought today, and yes by golly shes had another one, just instead of either letting them roll around in my head or writing them into a journal i am now choosing to blog them, might as

Hi, I am a mother of a 20 year old daughter who has anxiety. She has been seeing therapists for years and has been on and off medications. She currently only uses xanax and that is rare because
she usually never goes out of the house.
