Well, after the neighbors have been driving me nuts constantly going in and out of our entry doorway, I got out of my apt for most of the day. That's great for me, because most times I don't do much outside my apt.

After our band played that show last saturday, I really got to thinking about getting into business on the side doing live sound for bands in the southern chicagoland area. To do that, I'd probably have to get a new van and sell the old Jeep pickup I got used from my dad. I really don't want to get rid of it, but I don't trust hauling equipment in the back of a capless pickup. Then I worry about whether I can really afford it or not. Not just the van, but also the payments on decent sound system components that I don't own.

I also have school that I really need to finish. I got a letter in the mail the other day about a partnership between the junior college I graduated from and Northern IL Univ. I never knew they had a satellite campus not even 20 min from me. I may seriously look into it.

So much prominence in such a short time. I just hope anxiety doesn't come back and kick me in the ass.

doesn't work well going down the highway. then there's the security of your equipment. ugh..

Sounds like you are looking forward!! THAT'S GREAT :)
What about maybe for now keeping the pickup and getting a cargo net thing to stretch over the bed of the truck??
