hi, i have been living with anxiety for most of my life. i have not be properly diagnosed(too afraid to go) but i believe i have some form of social anxiety disorder. its been a few years since i have accepted and learned what SAD is, since then it has not gotten any easier.
currently my days are full of progress and set backs, and i might be going crazy but i am trying to change and get better.
