Hi Audrey, Sorry about the self consciousness and anxiety. I suspect it is hard to find treatment where you are. Have you considered any of the books on social anxiety and cbt? You can probably get many of them used for a pretty reasonable price at Amazon.com. A lot of people say they have made much improvement working with some of the books. You are right, it is easier said than done.

I'm the same way. I've always liked older men. I wouldn't date someone my age for anything lol. My fiance is 25 yrs older than I am. Relationships are hard but they are worth it. It takes alot of giving and taking. Especially with older men who are set in their ways. I have been pretty busy lately. My parents bought a house in the country where I live and I'm helping to get thing's ready for them to move in. Are you still in the choir at your church? I used to sing for my church years ago and I loved it.

oh yeah i know what u mean! i'm exactly the same. my moods are all ova the place, 1 minute im on top of the world, the next i dont see the point of carryin on. i've been really suicidal before but i'm glad i hung on n got thru it cos life can be really good sumtimes! i feel u on the friends thing, i really need a friend too! wish i lived by sum of the people on here!
