About Yourself

I am a stay at home mom to two great boys and wife to a military man. I am getting ready to start a very part time job, mostly to combat my anxiety. My primary anxiety issues are health anxiety and slight agoraphobia. I am fortunate to sometimes have long period without anxiety, but can have severe anxiety to the point of not being able to do much of anything.
