i went to my step sister house i was fine till her dog came in and she keep jumping up at me so i thincking i got dog poo on be i had gloves on i keep playing with her dog to take my mind of me warrying about if i had dog poo on me i said to my other sister can we go i had i want to go home i was up set i nearly start to cry so i went home i had to have a shower and change my clothes and i had to clean my watch because the dog tounch it i was crying when i got home i had to clean my phone and i cut my shalf again befor i got in the shower but i had no anxiety i thinck that because of the meds and i was still thincking about cuting myshalf but i didnt do it again
