will i am 20 now and saying that make me feel so old lol will where do i start my name is melissa i still live at home hopeing to move but dont know when lol will my anxiety is part of my ocd witch i take meds for the anxiety i been on meds now for about 2 years now my dr said it about founding a way to cope with my probiles that the key to geting better i think how the hell am i going to do that i am all so in therpy working on my self harm but when i think about i relly not sure if i want to give up the self harm i know i have f@ck all my arms up but that dont seem to stop one good thing is i am not doing it as munch as i was so i think i am geting better dont know how the hell i am doing it but i am
