hi i melissa i 19 i will be 20 in 4 months i cant wait will i take meds for my anxiety i allso self harm been doing it now about 9 months trying to give up i am in therpy for the self harm but not beeb for 6 weeks because she is ill i had meatl health probiles on and of most of my life my dr hight my dose to 60mg witch i get relly bad shankeing witch i hate i dont work i on benfits i have a nurse helping me she is great she got me in to rest bite care witch is great place i have all the systions of ocd and i have obissions
