hi guys wat up my name is melissa i 19 are be 20 in 2 months time i dont work i on benfits most of my time i stay in rest bite witch i love staying there will my anxiety has been crazy laterley its been ever where and some times its relly hard to cope with i take meds for my anxiety i been on the meds i thinck over a year now i am hopeing to get back in to therpy soon and start to manger my anxiety better i try not to let my anxiety take over my life but some times its jest to hard i allso self harm i been doing it for about 9 months now mybe longer
