Well I am pleased to say I am feeling better today, even though it's Monday and it is cold, dull and wet outside!! Yuk. I think it's because I have a lot going on university starting on Thursday (final yr...aaaargh), work and voluntary work!! As well as a few social things with my boyf and friends. When I'm busy, I tend to be ok. Getting tad worried about the start of uni, my anxiety tends to be at it's peak November-May, due to exam and assignment stress!! But I do feel a lot more prepared this year with the techniques my CBT has taught me! So lets hope I can kick anxiety's ass this winter! Lol. Over the weekend, I did a bit of reading and work on my anxiety. Wrote a new list of affirmations that I have decided to carry around with me. So far so good!! My old thought patterns need to be overwritten and im determined to do so. The power of the sub-concious mind is amazing, read up on it, might give u some help on why u think ur thoughts! So overall, feeling happy and positive today! xx
