It has been about a year since I first started with anxietytribe.com and things have changed a lot. Lets see. My son is now 3 and is going through potty training and that is enough to make you wanna shoot yourself in the head (kidding). If that doesn’t give you patience I don’t know what will.
My marriage has gotten better. Not great but better. Still no sex but at least we acknowledge each other. I guess that is a start. Oh did I mention that about a month and a half ago my husband was diagnosed with Hepatitis B. Yup that’s Right! Hepatitis B!!! So I was a BIG FAT SCANKY WHORE for 2 weeks until I got cleared by my medical doctor. So he caught it sometime in mid-June from somewhere. With that said things are still ok…
I finally after 2 1 / 2 years of having off and on jobs got a real job. A job with benefits. Part-time 20 hours a week, excellent benefits and I hate it. To be absolutely honest I hate it. But I do it for my family and my family only.
I decided to go back to school to obtain my Associates Degree in Science in Medical Billing and Coding. With this I can get a job in a hospital, or I can freelance so that I can stay home and take care of my son.
As far as my medical issues… I started to see a new psychiatrist who is really great she put me on seroquel 900 mg to help me sleep (actually it puts me in a coma, which is really what I need), klonapin (which does nothing), tegretol 200mg (causing me to gain weight) and then my neurologist put me on topamax 200 mg a day ( I haven’t been able to have a thought or form a sentence or come up with a actual word I want in 2 weeks since I’ve been on this med). So with all this medication I am still having panic attacks and seizures. Can anyone tell me why I am on this medication and when is it going to work???
