Anxiety

hi ya
hope you liked the album, i kinda over killed it by having it on constant repeat lol. operating department practice trainning, im abit thick , is that like being in the E.R? well i was studying animation and illustration at newcastle college few yrs back then ,its complicated but i was meant to be studying foundation art and design at manchester met but instead i sumhow ended up doing foundation humanities lol that sucked big time felt like i was back at school doing my a levels.so is leeds home for u? i hate being at home but i had a bit of a road trip to manc on sunday and just being there made me so much more determined to go back. well with my s.a i wouldnt say its extreme but i always feel on edge in a social situation, nervous and feel awkwardness because i dont know what to say and conversations dont come naturallly to me especially because ive over analysed everything. but anyway im trying to throw myself into things to face my fears so im looking to start doing some voluntary work to give me confidence to start work and hopefully do a short evening course , gonna get onto that today when i decide i can pick up the phone lol. rite now im not so bad because im avoiding anythin that gonna trigger off my s.a but i dont want that to be the case coz i want to get back to having a life. are u on any meds or getting c.b.t? sorry i let this message get a little long lol. and my addys layle84@hotmail.co.uk, i dont use msn so much these days but il chat to ya if i catch u on there.

i no thats a shame only 2 albums! have you heard of shiny toy guns?
lol yeah i feel like hayley joel osmond in sixth sense when im stuck in a waiting room or somewhere over crowded lol. so how are you coping with s.a? ive found myself in a rut now after dropping out of uni and having to come back home it sucks lol. really wanna move back to manchester soon ,totaly fell in love with the place but i need to get myself together first.whats leeds like and did you move there for uni?
