I have been suffering from anxiety since I was 19 years old after I had my second seizure. For the most part I have always been able to deal with the anxiety and accept it as a normal part of my life.. Unfortunately,It became a part of my identity and I just learned to accept it.. This was fine for me until very recently when some tragic events that shook me to the point that I am now suffering physical symptoms, and it is nothing short of terrifying. Instead of living with the anxiety it is now eating me alive and I am now at my breaking point. I just want some inner peace and to feel alive again....
