Alright well I took another step today towards recovery but I can still feel the anxiety from the experience.

First I took a nice relaxing bath (about a half an hour) which is hard for me since i'm also hydrophobic (or aquaphobic).  But it was really nice and relaxing. 

But after I take a bath I feel dirty so I decided to take a shower...that's where I hit a BIG problem.

About a week ago I was taking a shower when I had a strange thing happen to me.  It felt very similar to an out of the body experience, like I lost feeling and got dizzy and such.  It was really scary.  Well since then I haven't taken a shower (sad I know) and today I finally took one.

At first I was really really REALLY anxious but the only thing that really bothered me was when I washed my neck and my hair.  It seems that my neck has gotten UBER sensative since i've been having my panic attacks.

Anyone else have this problem?
