Anxiety

OH wow too many to list. I'd say any of the classic 80s movies oh and my FAVORITE is one called "Labyrinth" Let me know if you've heard of it. ;)

I LOVE music! It's so awesome! I'm pretty accepting when it comes to music; the only types I don't listen to are rap, hip hop, and country. But there are exceptions to those.

I love anything with beautiful instrumental or lyrics that inspire me. For instance, my favorite song right now is "No One" By Alicia Keys because it's inspired me to not give up. :)

Here's some of my favorite songs right now. I'll be editing and adding songs from time to time. :)

I am not much of a reader but if I do read something more than likely it'll be something within my interests like fantasy/science fiction/or a manga (Japanese comic). lol

Well I go by Harmony on this site since there's already someone named Angel. But I really don't mind which one you call me. lol

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 8 years old and have been dealing with them ever since. I have social anxiety which makes it hard for me to make friends in person and to go into crowded places and also have General Anxiety Disorder which means I worry too much about the little things in life (which i'm doing my best to not to =P). Only recently did I begin to suffer from panic attacks (about a month and a half now) but am on medication and working with myself to overcome this bad part of my life.

I'm always looking for the bright side of things and for ways to deal with my anxiety instead of allowing it to control me. :) I know that I can beat it and that in the end i'll be stronger.
