I cant make it stop, it wont shut up. Jacqui is right i guess, i either say how i feel or keep bottling it in, either way im in turmoil, even if the other person will not hear it, i cant keep it swirling in me anymore. So the choice is turmoil that swirls in my guts? Or turmoil because other people refuse to hear me, but atleast it has been said out loud.
