Hello everyone I am almost 19 years old and suffer from what I think is GAD, but am not sure because I am not being treated:( I hate panic attacks! My hands are uncontrollably shakey which is extremely embarassing and there are other symptoms also but I won't bore you...Besides all of that. I am a full time student but taking online classes until I get help with my anxiety. I am extremely motivated when my I do not let my anxiety get into the way.
