I am 41 yrs old a mother of 6 but only 3 still young enough to live at home, I am happily married now for almost 17 years but with hubby for 20 he is my rock and i feel without him i could not survive. and have been diagnosed with PTSD depression anxiety and panic. I am terribly afraid of dying and every time i feel a pain i want to go to E.R. I have run up so many bills and I need help to stop this. I also feel symptoms if someone tells me symptoms they are having I physically feel them.
So tired of living like this because I am NOT living. It has taken such a toll on me I don't want to go to work, or leave my home.

leaving home, crowds of people, being alone, loud music,ANXIETY AND PANIC, losing friends and people i care about, fear of death, and fear of losing husband because of my disorder

used to write poetry and have had some published but have lost the ability to write anymore, just cant make any sense when i try.
would love to be able to read but young ens wont leave me alone enough for me to do that and i really want to learn more on how to cope.
