All over the board. Music is great mood adjuster. String Cheese, Primus, Dead, Spearhead, Loreena McKennitt, Puccini, Telepopmusik, Lori Anderson, Ministry, Kittie, Scarling.

I've been reading more psychology books this year than my true literary loves of Fiction and History. Neil Gaiman is my favorite current author right now.

I have had anxiety panic as long as I can remember. I didn't realize it when I was a kid, but it was there. This coupled with bouts of depression, have seemed to significantly flare up in recent years. The more I deal with it, the more it seems to act up. But not as bad, and usually not 'out of nowhere' anymore.

There is a light a the end of the tunnel, and it's not the train.
