Living in rural NJ with man, dog, and cat. Work full-time, love my job. My most helpful self-discovery with anxiety disorder is that I realized before I was about to have a driving 'episode', was that I was CHOOSING to have an attack. Takes alot of sitting in solitude and being humbly honest with myself, but I believe it is a piece of this thing called PANIC.

Chronic complainers -- but -- try to see the good in everyone -- everyone hurts sometimes -- plus, who am I to judge? Also, rudeness, litterbugs, tailgaters, narcissism, pettiness. Sounds like I'm complaining, just sayin'.
