Hi shelly what are you up to? I just read your two blogs. I understand how you must feel. Its so hard to find people who we connect to that when we do find someone we connect to ;its hard to leave them because its so hard to find a replacement. I know he is a jerk but its like he is an calming jerk if that makes any sense LOL.

About the being alone part; thats very difficult since people with anxiety tend to have very small social networks. Hey don't forget to check out the local anxiety group. Its through a site called Meetup.com. Oh and we even have a professional in the group that gives us free services once a month.

OH and don't forget to check out the chat feature on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Hi thanks for the add. What i wanted to tell you last night was that in the city we have an anxiety group through a site called (Meetup.com) It's really cool to meet people like us in real life. Oh and don't forget to check the bottom right corner or the screen. Its our little chat bar that lets us chat with other members on our list.
