Well I have no idea where to start.....
My name is Michelle, Im 23 years old. Im a very simple person. I like to be creative and have a good laugh now and then. You will always see me smile. As most 23 year olds, I have actully been through alot. So this might take a while, Ive had anxiety since i can remember...a few memorys when i was young still linger around. All through my childhood i was always very shy and the sad part is that i suffered from anxiety and I always hid it from my parents or anyone that was around me. Since i was in elementry to i believe the last year of middle school, my anxiety would prevent me from going to school at times or letting me do things. In high school i decided to go into acting whicb helped alot, and i actually didnt suffer from anxiety issues...so im going to skip alittle but ahead because i can be here all day..sounds like a semi normal life..well right after high school i got married. I was 18 years old. I loved it. I knew that i was meant to be married ( mind you..i was brought up like an adult...so my mental status had me ready) soo anyways..i was with my husband for 8 years. 4 years married...until he passed away a year ago at age 30, from heart faliure. I didnt expect it...noone did. ...so includeing everything i went thru when we were married which if i were to get into it...i could write book. Lets just say anxiety and depression hasent been fun. So thats why im here, hopefully to find others that have the same problems. :)
